You can place your order directly online and we will arrange the bakery and delivery schedule then contact you via Whatsapp or email for details. After payment transaction complete, your order will be follow up accordingly.

您可以直接在線上訂單，我們將安排烘焙和交貨時間，然後通過 Whatsapp 或電子郵件與您聯繫以作確認。付款交易完成後，您的訂單將依時跟進。

If you want to place order, you can send order information or enquiry at our web page or whatsapp us, please leave us your contact no. for order reconfirmation.  If you do not receive our reply within 2 working days, please contact us again by whatsapp 55424340 or call us at 21522882.

All the order is subject to availability and on first come first serve basis.  We are strongly recommend you place your order as earliest as you can and we reserve rights to turn down your order if our booking in the specific period is fully book.

因為人手製作需時，每項訂單都會是先到先得，我們建意您盡早訂購，我們亦可能因為期間的訂單名額已滿而不接受訂購。

No cancellation or refund would be accepted after the order is confirmed.  We also reserve the right not to accept any reschedule request due to availability. 

In case of bad weather (black rainstorm or typhoon signal no.8 or above hoised), delivery will be postpone and please contact us within 48 hours after weather resume normal for the new delivery / pick up schedule 

訂單一經確認，恕不接受取消或退款。我們也保留不接受改期的請求及送/提貨的權利。 如遇惡劣天氣(黑色暴雨或八號或以上颱風信號懸掛)，將延遲派送，請在天氣恢復正常後48小時內聯繫我們以獲取新的派送/提貨時間 

If you have to change the delivery / pick up schedule, please provide at least 7 days's pre-notification  We reserve the right to accept or reject.

For purchase over $350, we will arrange free delivery service.

For purchase under $350, we can provide delivery with charge service or you can pick up the order at our shop, address as below.

Our workshop : Unit 4, 8/F, Cheung Tat Centre, 18 Cheung Lee Street, Chaiwan.

購物滿$350，我們會安排免費送貨，客人可選擇送貨日期但沒有指定時間。

如購物未滿$350，可付費送貨到指定地址或到以下地址取貨。

取貨地址：香港柴灣祥利街18號祥達中心8樓4室

For “Pre-Order” cake and desserts, it must be self-pick up as  all pre-order products are fragile and not suitable for any kind of third party delivery.  Also, due to limited manpower, we cannot promise to provide any MTR pick up service.

對於“預購”蛋糕和甜點，必須自取，因為所有預購產品都是易碎的，不適合任何第三方交付。此外，由於人手有限，我們不能承諾提供任何港鐵接送服務。

You may choose to pick up the order at our workshop located at Chai Wan, if needed, we can provide delivery with charge depend on location of the destination. Please note you need to communicate with the driver for the exact pick up location and extra further charge will be needed for door to door service. 

Delivery service will be suspended once typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm is hoisted. Customer need to inform us within 2 days about the new delivery arrangement

所有創意設計 / 派對禮物訂造產品除可選擇自行到我們的柴灣工作室取貨，如有需要我們提供收費的送貨服務，送貨費用視乎目的地報價，客人必需與送貨司機確認取貨地點，如需送貨到門口將會再收取額外費用。唯天文台如掛上8號風球或黑色暴雨警告，我們將不會安排送貨，客人亦要於兩天內通知我們更改送貨安排。

The weight of the fondant cake is all depended on the decoration, we will use butter cake as base for better supporting, therefore a standard 6-inch diameter cake is good enough for 8-12 guests to share.  (for reference only)

Please keep the fondant cake at an air-conditioned place, it is absolutely not necessary to put it in refrigerator if your celebration day is on the same day taking the cake.  Also, low temperature may cause harder texture of butter cake and moisture may melt the decoration as well.

翻糖蛋糕的重量會因應裝飾不同而大不同，故此我們一般以尺寸為標準，另外由於翻糖蛋糕需使用比較有承託力的牛油蛋糕做底，所以一個6寸的標準蛋糕已足夠分給8-12人食用（只供參考）。

翻糖蛋糕最合適在有冷氣地方存放，如於取蛋糕日當天食用是絕對不需放入雪櫃，除了牛油蛋糕於低溫下變硬，亦可能因為溫差反而會令蛋糕出現水氣而令到翻糖裝飾溶掉。
